As a dedicated swimmer and swim instructor I want to kids build confidence and develop their skills in the water. With a focus on proper technique and fun, I will creates a supportive environment where kids can thrive. As far as my experience and training: I have been swimming for about 11 years. I am a nationally ranked athlete in multiple events. I have been doing year round and swimming and been a nationally ranked athlete for six years. I trained six days a week; I dedicate about 21 hours per week to training. I have 9 x 2 hour practices a week, as well as occasional meets on weekends, in addition to the demands of high school. I am a big sister to three younger brothers. Two of my brothers are under the age of five, so I understand how to cooperate with young kids and toddlers.
Swimming has been a massive part of my life for the past nine years. For the last four, I’ve committed to it year-round as a nationally ranked athlete, training six days a week. Between eight or nine two-hour practices and weekend meets, I dedicate over 20 hours a week to my sport. When I'm not in the pool, I'm a big brother to two younger siblings under five. Growing up with them has given me a lot of great experience and patience when it comes to working with infants and young kids.
